BAO DIM SIN SENG
Bao Dim Sin Seng is the first specialty store for Chinese buns and dim sum, featuring a modern open-kitchen design that showcases traditional Chinese buns. With over 50 different products on the menu, our offerings are freshly handmade locally every day to preserve the authentic Hong Kong flavour. Bao Dim Sin Seng currently operates over 60 branches across Hong Kong and is expected to continue expanding its network of stores.
PRINCE SIU MAI
Specialising in Siu Mai, Prince Siu Mai is a popular Hong Kong brand. The store operates with an innovative business model to deliver high-quality local flavours. As of 2023, Prince Siu Mai has three branches in various districts of Hong Kong.
MAOCAL SPICY
Maocal Spicy specialises in Malatang, selecting only high-quality ingredients that boast natural flavours and a secret-recipe soup base, embodying the Chongqing-style blend of numbing, spicy, fragrant, and mellow flavours. We offer a wide variety of freshly prepared ingredients, fully capturing the traditional Sichuan taste.
QUEEN’S DUMPLING
Queen’s Dumplings specialises in Chinese dumplings, with each one freshly handmade daily. The store has gained significant popularity among customers and currently operates six branches across Hong Kong.
DIM SUM SPECIALTY STORE
Specialising in Chinese-style buns and dim sum, this specialty shop opened in 2019 and has since expanded to four branches. Catering to the young generation and working professionals, the store offers high-quality, popular, and convenient Chinese cuisine. With a strict selection of ingredients and adherence to traditional cooking methods, Dim Sum Specialty Store delivers authentic and traditional Chinese buns, steamed rice, and home-style dishes of high culinary standards to every family in Hong Kong.
DON CURRY
Contemporary restaurant Don Curry blends Japanese and Western culinary styles, offering a variety of signature donburi rice bowls and Japanese curry dishes. The restaurant also serves an array of Japanese snacks, directly imported desserts, and sake. Whether you’re craving the satisfying taste of donburi or looking to enjoy a casual drink with friends, Don Curry is the ideal destination.
FAT ANGELO’S
FAT ANGELO’S has been reinvented as a bistro-style restaurant centered around the ‘wine and dine’ concept. The restaurant balances ease and simplicity in its culinary development, offering western family dishes that keep pace with contemporary dining trends and a selection of handcrafted Italian and French delights.
GALA CAFÉ
Since its opening in 1978, Gala Café has been a beloved heritage brand, preserving nostalgic flavours for over 40 years. Starting from its original location in Tsuen Wan, it has expanded to a branch in To Kwa Wan. Gala Café offers a variety of authentic Hong Kong-style delicacies, including Deluxe Scrambled Egg & Corned Beef Sandwiches, Deluxe Ham Omelette, and French Toast with Ovaltine Crunchy Spread, all of which are highly popular among patrons!
KA WAH KITCHEN
Ka Wah Kitchen specializes in classic Hong Kong-style diner cuisine, featuring a curated selection of authentic dishes and flavorful meals. This includes home-style small dishes, stir-fried specialties full of wok hei, fried noodles and rice, nostalgic sizzling plates, famous curries, spicy baked rice, and pasta, allowing diners to savor the taste of each dish!
KA WAH RESTAURANT
Located in Leung King Estate, Tuen Mun, Ka Wah Restaurant offers a variety of signature Hong Kong-style authentic and Chinese-Western dishes, along with freshly baked, piping hot bread. It presents an array of local flavors and delectable dishes to diners in the area, establishing itself as a culinary hotspot for food enthusiasts!
ROAST GOOSE CAFÉ
Signature dishes include the crispy-skinned, tender Signature Roast Goose, freshly made Daily Barbecue Pork, and supremely crunchy Crispy Roast Pork Belly. We strive to bring our signature siu mei (roast meats) and local cuisine into the daily lives of our customers.
KONG MEI DOU
Kong Mei Dou opened in LOHAS Park in 2020 and currently operates three branches. The store specialises in Chinese-style buns and dim sum, offering some of Hong Kong’s most iconic street foods. All our products are freshly handcrafted daily.
