Currently, the group owns 3 supermarket brands and operates over 1,000 retail outlets and selling points, providing a wide variety of fresh foods, ambient products, and daily necessities.

FRESH is Hong Kong’s first retail concept that uniquely combines a traditional fresh market and a modern supermarket into one, fully catering to the daily needs of the community.
Hong Kong Flavour
Hong Kong Flavour is a pioneering retail concept that merges elements of a fresh market and supermarket, leading the way in innovative smart retail. It also offers diversified digital payment methods.
TASTE x FRESH
In 2021, combining fresh markets with modern supermarkets, Uni-China Group collaborated with retail brand PARKnSHOP to launch the co-branded supermarket “TASTE x FRESH” to create Hong Kong’s first fresh lifestyle concept store.

With years of experience in F&B, we blend the features of local F&B with innovative concepts in interior design and cuisines, bringing a brand-new experience to the customers. To date, we have launched over 20 specialized brands for a wide variety of gourmet choices.
BAO DIM SIN SENG
Bao Dim Sin Seng is the first specialty store for Chinese buns and dim sum. With various products on the menu, our offerings are freshly-made locally every day to preserve the authentic Hong Kong flavour. Bao Dim Sin Seng operates across Hong Kong and is expected to continue expanding its network of stores.
PRINCE SIU MAI
Prince Siu Mai operates with an innovative business model to deliver high-quality local flavours.
MAOCAI SPICY
Maocai Spicy specialises in Malatang, selecting only high-quality ingredients that boast natural flavours and a secret-recipe soup base. We offer a wide variety of ingredients, fully capturing the traditional Sichuan taste.
QUEEN’S DUMPLING
Queen’s Dumplings specialises in Chinese dumplings, with each one freshly handmade daily. The store has gained significant popularity among customers.
DiM – DIM SUM SPECIALTY STORE
Specialising in Chinese-style buns and dim sum. Catering to the young generation and working professionals, the store offers high-quality, popular, and convenient Chinese cuisine. The brand delivers authentic and traditional Chinese buns, steamed rice, and home-style dishes of high culinary standards to every family in Hong Kong.
GALA CAFÉ
Since its opening in 1978, Gala Café has been a beloved heritage brand, preserving nostalgic flavours for over 40 years. Starting from its original location in Tsuen Wan, it has expanded to a branch in To Kwa Wan. Gala Café offers a variety of authentic Hong Kong-style delicacies, all of which are highly popular among patrons.
KA WAH RESTAURANT
Ka Wah Restaurant offers a variety of signature Hong Kong-style authentic and Chinese-Western dishes, along with freshly baked, piping hot bread. It presents an array of local flavours and delectable dishes to diners.
KONG MEI DOU
Kong Mei Dou opened in LOHAS Park in 2020. The store specialises in Chinese-style buns and dim sum, offering some of Hong Kong’s most iconic street foods. All our products are freshly handcrafted daily.
