In 2026, Uni-China Group formally inaugurated its Smart Agriculture and Fisheries business, encompassing four core sectors: pig farming, freshwater aquaculture, marine aquaculture, and crop cultivation. By harnessing advanced technologies, an integrated supply chain, and professional brand management expertise, the Group is dedicated to advancing industry modernisation and fostering sustainable growth across the industry.
Pig Farming
As a new business initiative, our pig farming operation is dedicated to raising quality livestock to supply Hong Kong residents with fresh, healthy, and naturally bred pork sourced directly from the farm. We are also committed to tackling the challenges currently facing the pig farming industry by enhancing land efficiency and optimising production capacity, thereby driving the sector’s development.
Freshwater Aquaculture
To revitalise Hong Kong’s fisheries and agriculture industries and harness the city’s unique strengths, we are committed to promoting the revitalisation of fish ponds and introducing advanced aquaculture technologies. We cultivate premium freshwater species such as fish, shrimp, and crabs to meet the rising local demand for high-quality aquatic products, while further tapping into the strong consumer potential of the Hong Kong market.
Marine Aquaculture
Hong Kong has achieved remarkable success in marine conservation and maintaining pristine water quality. We are poised to leverage these advantages through modern deep-sea aquaculture frameworks and advanced technologies, enabling us to cultivate a diverse range of premium marine species. In doing so, we aim to seize the opportunities arising from the market’s undersupply.
Crop Cultivation
Advanced cultivation techniques such as greenhouse farming and hydroponics enable us to achieve efficient indoor crop production, delivering a diverse range of fresh agricultural products to the market.

Retail, Food and Beverage
We have been involved in the wholesale and retail of fresh food, including seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruits, since our establishment. Currently, the group owns 3 supermarket brands and operates over 1,000 retail outlets and selling points, providing a wide variety of fresh foods, ambient products, and daily necessities.
