At UC, we are committed to growing our business and giving back to the community. Our subsidiary Hong Kong Market sponsored fresh food for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Hong Kong’s charity cooking classes at both Kwun Tong House and Shatin House. Families learned to cook dishes and baked goods with star chef Lai Lok-yi (黎諾懿) and professional baker.
 

Our management team served as judges in a lively cooking competition, and joined our UC volunteers to help prepare dinner for the families. Prizes and gift sets were provided by our FRESH supermarket and F&B outlet Bao Dim Sin Seng. We also thanked RMHC HK CEO Vera Chin for the facility tours, gaining insight into the needs of sick children and their families.
 

It was heartwarming to see families create healthy meals, bringing joy and nourishment. We look forward to future collaborations, always eager to support and spread generosity in the community that shapes us.
