Uni-China Group recently identified suspicious network activity affecting certain systems across the Group and its related businesses. We are taking this matter extremely seriously and we sincerely apologise for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused. Your trust is important to us, and protecting the security and integrity of your data remains our top priority.

 

Given that a cyberattack cannot be ruled out, upon discovery, we have moved quickly to implement a range of immediate protective measures as well as engaged independent cybersecurity and forensics experts. We have significantly strengthened our cybersecurity infrastructure, reinforced the protection of critical systems, and upgraded our network monitoring and response capabilities. The incident has been contained and we have also reported the incident to the relevant authorities including law enforcement. We remain committed to handling this matter responsibly, transparently, and will provide further updates as the investigation progresses.

 

In the meantime, we advise that all employees, tenants and customers to stay vigilant and adopt general online safety practices. Please be cautious of any suspicious calls, messages, or emails. At Uni-China Group, we will never request passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs), banking details, or credit card information from you. If you receive a suspicious message or email, do not click on any links or download attachments; instead, verify the communication through our official channels.
