Maihi Makes Delectable Debut at the HOFEX 2025
On 14 May, our subsidiary Maihi Limited made its debut at HOFEX, Asia’s leading food and hospitality trade show. This biennial B2B event attracts over 30,000 professional buyers and 1,600 international brands, offering an unparalleled platform to explore opportunities in the Greater Bay Area.
Uni-China Group showcased a curated selection of renowned global brands, including Anchor Food Professionals HK (香港安佳專業餐飲), Nongfu Spring, CLASSY ‧ KISS (卡士), meat wholesaler FRIBIN, authentic Hong Kong-style silk stocking milk tea Kam Yee Siu (金二少), and plant-based milk alternative Tiga Milk (太加奶). Brand representatives were also present to engage with visitors.
The event highlight was Meilleur Ouvrier de France (法國最佳工匠獎) Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud, Global Ambassador of Anchor Food Professionals, who presented live demos of five exquisite desserts.
