The celebration continued with the official ceremony for our 12th anniversary, where we proudly unveiled the newest member of the HKM family — our mascot “Sparky”. Inspired by the iconic red lampshades that brighten traditional Hong Kong fresh markets, Sparky embodies the warm, familiar glow cherished by generations of Hongkongers. It symbolises the comforting light that shines over fresh produce — a timeless image rooted in local culture and shared memory. More than just a mascot, Sparky reflects our deep heritage and steadfast commitment to providing the community with the freshest, highest‑quality ingredients and the heartfelt stories that make Hong Kong home.
