In this Year of the Dragon, Hong Kong Market has gone above and beyond to kick off the festive Chinese New Year Campaign (“新春家有廚神，廚神家有！”), promising to elevate your family dinners and set the stage for a prosperous year ahead. As we usher in the new year, a sumptuous reunion dinner is certainly on everyone’s list. We had the pleasure of hosting star chefs like Lai Lok Yi (黎諾懿), Li Kam Luen (李錦聯), and the talented media chef Hilda Leung (梁雅琳), who shared their most treasured secret recipes with us at Hong Kong Market.

To add to the festivities, we organized a series of live cooking demonstrations at Hong Kong Market – Maritime Market, FRESHALL (Sha Kok Market), and Hong Kong Market (Yat Tung). These demonstrations by the star chefs captivated dozens of excited residents and customers, who eagerly gathered to witness the transformation of the freshest ingredients into culinary masterpieces, together welcoming the New Year.
