UC hosted Hong Kong Market Seafood Festival (香港街市海鮮祭) at Maritime Market, in partnership with Swanson (史雲生), celebrated freshness with seafood at its heart. On 11.11 “double” day, guests were surprised by a crossover of two “Li (Lee) Choi Wah-s”: actress Rain Li and Lee Choi Wah, Life President of the Hong Kong Chamber of Seafood Merchants, each cooking fast, tasty seafood live in 15 minutes using Swanson Clear Chicken Broth.
 

The festive atmosphere peaked with a giant birthday seafood for Rain and a grouper cutting ceremony, inviting the community to share joy and delicious food at the market together.
